The CONFERENCE OF SOFTWARE ENTERPRISES is one such endeavor which has been quite successful in fostering close ties between academia and industry. CIIT recognizes the importance of this liaison and feels that much needs to be done to stop the two from working in seclusion. We believe that CONFERENCE OF SOFTWARE ENTERPRISES has been successful in breaking the ice and commencing fruitful discussions among university professors and industry executives.
CSE 2008 is designed to provide a common platform to Software Professionals, Academicians and Industry Executives to interact with each other. The Software Exhibition would have software companies displaying their state-of-the-art solutions and products. This would be an excellent opportunity for industry executives to interact with software companies and weigh their potential. The software exhibition has become an annual event conducted every year in the month of May. The third in its succession, this year’s event promises vast opportunities for promoting close liaison between the industry and academia. The first and second CSE proved quite beneficial in promoting this noble cause. This year’s event promises even more.
But the main aim of the event is to enable the Professors and Researchers of the universities be able to share their ideas and thoughts with the industry. Academicians need to have more opportunities to interact with industry professionals and get an idea of what the industry is requiring from them. Students and researchers are to gain the most from CONFERENCE OF SOFTWARE ENTERPRISES.
CONFERENCE OF SOFTWARE ENTERPRISES 2008 is designed to take this noble cause further. It is planned to bring Academicians, CEOs of Software Companies and Industrial Executives closer and possibly several project leads would also be generated from this event. The participating students would have a chance to mingle in with the software professionals and get a good understanding of the software products and services. On the spot CV collection and short listing shall also be done which shall then be forwarded to interested software companies.
